Terms of sale and license
Updated 27 October 2026
These terms cover the purchase and use of Emsai, a macOS app published by Get-Infracloud (“we”).
Purchase
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders: it takes the payment, charges the taxes that apply in your country and issues the invoice. Paddle’s buyer terms apply to the payment.
The license
- Trial. Emsai can be used free for 7 days from its first launch. After that, its features stop until a license is activated.
- What you buy. A personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Emsai on the number of Macs you bought (2 or 5), for life.
- Updates. Every 0.x and 1.x version is included, so a license bought during the beta carries on through 1.0 and its updates. A later major version may be a paid upgrade; your license keeps working.
- Activation. A license is activated on a Mac through our license service, which keeps your key, an anonymous identifier of the Mac and its name. You can deactivate a Mac in Settings › License and activate the key on another one.
- What you may not do. Share your key beyond the Macs bought, resell it, or work around the license checks.
Coding agents and other providers
Emsai runs the coding agents you have installed and signed in to yourself (such as Claude Code, Codex, Copilot CLI, Antigravity CLI) and the AI providers you choose. They are third-party products: their own terms and usage limits apply to your use of them through Emsai, and it is up to you to respect them. We don’t provide, resell or guarantee them; if a provider changes or withdraws its tool, the features built on it may change or stop. Emsai is not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, GitHub or Google; the trademarks named belong to their owners.
Refunds
See our refund policy.
Liability
Emsai is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of data or loss of profit. Nothing in these terms limits the rights consumers have under the law of their country.
Law
These terms are governed by French law. As a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
